Customer Service Administrator
Position Overview
You take pride in your excellent customer service; you like connecting with your customers to not only meet their expectations, but to exceed them. You have a can-do attitude that stands out from others and you enjoy applying that to a variety of projects and tasks.
In our role of Customer Service Administrator you work as a part of a team that serves the needs of our external customers and our Sales Executives. You answer all incoming calls, providing answers when you can or connecting them with the right person. You also greet customers entering the office promptly and professionally. You partner with our Sales Executives to provide the information they need to create the best possible solutions for our customer’s unique needs. A key part of this process is administrating documentation for customer service generated transactions, such as lease amendments, date changes, assignments and partial payouts.
Position Requirements

Collections Account Manager, Credit Risk

This position is based at Westminster Savings' Calgary office, Mercado Capital. Mercado is a member of the Westminster Savings Credit Union family.
Position Overview
As the Account Manager, Credit Risk you manage an assigned portfolio of high risk/complex delinquent and non-performing commercial loan/lease accounts. The leases/loans are often under secured and have moderate legal complexity and risk. You have effective collection control of delinquent accounts, manage non-performing loans and leases and have the realization or liquidation of seized business assets. This is combined with managing the inventory and the marketing of repossessed and end of term vehicle and commercial equipment.
Position Requirements
You are looking for a team environment where you can put your experience and skills to work. Your experience includes:
• A minimum of two year’s commercial collections or a combination of commercial loan or lease underwriting experience.
• A two year diploma in a related discipline.
• Knowledge of Canadian consumer and commercial insolvency law.
• You have a high attention to detail, strong organizational abilities and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Extensive history of building and managing relationships with other insolvency professionals such as lawyers, receivers, trustees and bailiffs.
• Strong team player willing to share knowledge and information with others.
• A desire to learn and expand your skills.
